Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Sqoolapedia, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) and that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Sqoolapedia cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You also agree to provide true and accurate information when registering. Fake accounts or impersonating other students/institutions may lead to immediate suspension.
Content & Contributions
You retain the copyright to any original content you upload (e.g., your own handwritten notes). By uploading, you grant Sqoolapedia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and share that content with other users. You strictly agree NOT to upload:

Copyrighted textbooks or proprietary materials without permission.

Files containing viruses, malware, or malicious code.

Explicit, offensive, or harassing content.

"Cheating materials" such as active exam keys that violate academic integrity.
Safety & "Shared Responsibility"
You acknowledge that downloading files from the internet involves inherent risks. You agree to maintain up-to-date antivirus software on your device and to manually verify the safety of any file you download. Sqoolapedia is not liable for damage to your hardware or data resulting from downloads.
Academic Integrity
Sqoolapedia is a platform for supplemental learning. You agree to use the materials found here in a way that complies with your educational institution’s Honor Code. Using Sqoolapedia for plagiarism or academic dishonesty is a violation of this agreement and may result in a permanent ban.
Limitation of Liability
Sqoolapedia is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of user-uploaded files. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sqoolapedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account and access to the site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users or the platform.
Changes to Agreement
Sqoolapedia reserves the right to update this User Agreement at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email associated with their account or through a prominent notice on our homepage.
